Who I AM

Hey, I’m Lanna — a certified fitness and nutrition coach, nutrition nerd, lover of pilates and pizza, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to start over… again and again.

For years, I tried every diet, every challenge, and every “magic fix” you could think of. I counted every calorie, punished myself in the gym, and still felt like I was failing. I used to believe that maybe I just wasn’t meant to feel good in my body or I was genetically unable to lose weight — until everything changed.

What finally worked? Group fitness, real food, a little fun, and a whole lot of self-compassion.

I lost 30 pounds — not by being perfect, but by being consistent, surrounded by support, and finally treating myself like someone I cared about. I traded guilt for grace, and comparison for community. And guess what? It worked.

Now, I help people just like you — people who’ve tried everything, who are exhausted by the all-or-nothing mindset, and who just want to feel like themselves again. You don’t need to be extreme. You just need a plan that works with your life, not against it.

Whether it’s your first time walking into a fitness class or your fifteenth “I’m starting over” moment — you are welcome here. No shame. No judgment. Just sustainable movement, approachable nutrition, and coaching that meets you where you are.
